As the Head of People, you will be the first dedicated hire in People Operations, responsible for discovering, developing, and continuously improving our multidisciplinary team. The scope of this role is broad – you will ultimately be responsible for every aspect of People Operations, from building a strategic hiring plan to designing performance structures for team member growth. You will work closely with all areas of the company to help build and support our teams. We’re looking for motivated individuals that are excited about learning and growing both personally and eager to improve the wider team.

At least 2-4 years relevant and professional experience (with a globally distributed company is a plus)
Owning all human resources-related activities in alignment with the leadership team
Identifying areas of improvement and actively providing support to our teams in, but not limited to, the following areas: recruitment needs, performance reviews, compensation, team engagement, people development
Translating and championing our company culture
Reviewing, updating, and building processes to enable our team to work in a positive, healthy, and productive environment
Building a strategic hiring plan to allow for scaling as the company grows, which includes building out a People Ops team and leading recruiting efforts
Collaborating with our Finance team to process payroll and establish compensation structures
