Is enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable, and with a natural aptitude for technology. Working experience in sales/account management, specialist skills in administrative, financial, or human resources management, and an understanding of project and product planning are a bonus
Is organized and can keep calm in the face of multiple priorities in a high-growth, high-volume environment
Writes and communicates well, and has an eye for detail and accuracy
Is self-motivated and can work independently, but also enjoys driving and managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with a team
Has excellent interpersonal skills, believes in overcommunication, and will not hesitate to jump on a call with a client or teammate if need be

Take responsibility limited only by your own ability to grow to constructively influence key areas of the business
Contribute to creating new sales opportunities by contacting inbound leads and building and maintaining relationships with prospects
Proactively support the Head of Business Development in writing and delivering proposals that clearly and accurately reflect the company’s value proposition
Assist with client meeting preparation including sourcing and production of relevant data and material
Ensure timely handling of client requirements and any necessary administrative work to progress proposal
Drive Sales Transformation and operational excellence - optimize sales process by adopting new ways of doing tasks and projects and continuously looking for improvement opportunities
Support in creating a strategic roadmap for Sales and Marketing, with a focus on key market segments through market research, competitive intelligence, and process standardization to maximize resource utilization in go to market initiatives
Contribute to the development and drafting of plans to implement new policies, programs, and/or operating procedures of strategic significance to the company while maintaining quality standards
Create and maintain a variety of documents, including client meeting minutes, account documentation, and process guides
Perform other duties that ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the company
