SVI is looking for an Admin Assistant to augment the Human Resources, Finance, and Executive leadership teams in particular. The ideal candidate is efficient, able to multitask, resourceful, and highly organized. You will support growth in SVI’s functional areas and find ways to optimize daily business activities to achieve maximum efficiency. You'll also work directly with the C-suite and executive leadership to expand C-suite and executive team bandwidth. There is opportunity to take ownership/lead an area in the future based on capability and interest.
This role will initially be part-time at 15-20 hours per week, but can increase to ~40 hours per week based on ability to take on more responsibilities.

Bookkeeping experience on any accounting software, preferably Quickbooks (or is willing to learn Quickbooks)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and/or Google Suite
At least 2-3 years of professional experience, particularly cross-functionally
Accounting support: Help SVI accurately assess our financial health at all times. Maintain accurate accounts, generate monthly reports, prepare client invoices, and prepare payroll.
Human Resources support: Facilitate successful onboarding for new members, maintain accurate team member records, and create our internal monthly newsletter.
General administrative support (but not limited to): Prepare the sales team for upcoming prospective client calls, take meeting notes, data entry/compilation, file organization, follow up on various email inquiries.
